2026-2027 Pre-Registration Form

Milton High School 2026-2027 Pre-Registration Form.  This form, along with the forms on Rank One are due before Monday, September 28th. Instructions for completing information on Rank One can be found here.  

The pre-registration process will include submitting all required information except payment. Tryout location and time is TBA.

Payment will be made upon making the team. $875 payment made through Zeffy.

Important for Zeffy Payments:

  • At checkout, Zeffy automatically defaults to an 11% fee.
    • • Please select “Other” to avoid this charge.

    $50 payment will be added to your school account. 

    Non-year round swimmers will practice with Coach Salazar, Coach Nelson, Coach Rhodes and Coach Tyler.
